with Photoshop CS2 (including Selective Color)

1) Open your base.

2) Duplicate and set to screen 25%.

3) Add new layer and fill with #1032c4, set it to exclusion 25%.

4) New Selective color layer:

yellows -31 -25 -68 -33
whites 0 0 -52 0
neutrals 7 2 18 19

5) New Levels:

RGB 20 1,10 225

6) New Color balance:

Midtones 44 7 12
Shadows 8 10 9
Highlights -16 -4 9

7) New Channel mixer:

Blue 0 26 80

8) If you want more redish coloring, add new solid color layer, fill it with #f8a1d2 and set it to color burn 10%

9) Sharpen if you want.
