Tutorial for PS written in Russian and English, includes Selective Coloring, but you can skip the step, nothing really changes:)

Also includes Brightness / Contrast Atjustment Layer & Layer Properties.

Nice tutorial. Finally someone who explains WHY they are doing something instead of the usual 10 steps and the obligatory "don't copy exactly - play with it depending on your picture", which doesn't really help. Thank you :D
