1. start with your base. mine's up there, obviously. prep it. crop, sharpen etc.
2. duplicate your base layer twice. set the layer above your original image to soft light, 100%. set the top one to screen, 50%.
3. layers > new adjustment layer > channel mixer. settings;
[uncheck the monochrome box]
red: 95, -4, -2, 0
green: 3, 97, -1, 2
blue: -2, -2, 106, -1.
4. layers > new raster layer. fill it with #013301 & set it to exclusion, 100%.
5. layers > new raster layer. fill it with #330401 & set it to exclusion, 100%.
6. duplicate your base again, drag it to the top. set that layer to soft light, 100%.
7. layers > new adjustment layer > levels. settings:
RGB: input: 0, 1.09, 247
output: 0, 245
red: input: 4, 0.96, 246
output: 0, 255
green: input: 10, 1.07, 247
output: 0, 245
blue: input: 6, 0.97, 245
output: 0, 243
8. duplicate your base twice, again. xD drag them both to the top. set the one above your levels layer to screen, 50%. set the other one to soft light, 100%.
