1. Prepare your base - screen it, sharpen it..whatever you normally do :)

2. Layer>>New Adjustment Layer>>Selective Coloring
REDS: -100, 0, +100, 0
YELLOWS: -100, 0, 0, +100
WHITES: +100, 0, -100, 0
NEUTRALS: +12, 0, -14, 0

3. Layer>>New Adjustment Layer>>Color Balence
MIDTONES: +12, -19, -19
Preserve Luminosity is CHECKED!

4. Layer>>New Adjustment Layer>>Channel Mixer
RED: +112, -22, -10
GREEN: 0, +100, 0
BLUE: +10, 0, +88

5. Layer>>New Adjustment Layer>>Hue & Saturation
SATURATION: +9 (or whatever works best for your image)

And your done! You can add whatever texture you want to make it look dead pretty :D I'd love to see your results!
