works best on white backgrounds or somewhat dark ones
step1. add a new raster layer and fill it with the color 030d33 exclusion
100 percent.
step2. duplicate the exclusion layer and leave it at 100 percent
step3. right click your banner copy merged and paste it as new layer
saturation legacy 100 percent
step4. make a new raster layer under the copied layer and fill it with the color
6dcff6 to soft light 100 percent
step5. now go to your base layer duplicate it drag it to the top and set
it to softlight 100 percent
step6. may be optional if you like the color you have already but
if your subject is too pale make a new raster layer and fill it with
the color c80a0a to burn 10 to 15 percent
step7. go to layers adjustment layer brightness contrast and add 5 to
brightness and 10 to contrast.
step8. merge all layers sharpen and then your done
and finished result
