Using Selective Coloring.
1. Duplicate your base. Set it to Soft Light. 100% Opacity.
2. Take this texture. Set it to Multiply. 100% Opacity.
3. Create new layer. Fill it with #fff000 color. Set to Soft Light. 100% Opacity.
4. Create Selective Color Layer (Layer->New Adjustment Layer->Selective Color). Use these instructions:
Reds:
C:-100 M:0 Y:+100 B:+100;
Yellows:
C:-23 M:0 Y:-23 B:0;
Magentas:
C:-100 M:-100 Y:-100 B:0;
Neutrals:
C:67 M:-19 Y:-80 B:+13;
5. Use this texture. Set it to Soft Light. 100% Opacity.
6. Use this texture. Set it to Soft Light. 100% Opacity.
7. Use this texture. Set it to Soft Light. 100% Opacity.
8. Take this texture. Set it to Multiply. 100% Opacity.
9. Take this texture. Set it to Screen. 100% Opacity.
10. Decorate your icon whatever you like=)
