Memed, thanks. I've been looking for a way to do the soft blurred look on icons. Never knew it was so easy, was doing way to many steps. Figures. Thanks!

I made a little bit of alteration in the settings, but followed this mostly. With the second one the first "soft light 100%" layer is actually "hard light 100%" instead. :)
