Step 2:
Duplicate your base, and set it to Screen 100%


Step 3:
Duplicate base again, drag it to top, and set it to Overlay 85%.


Step 4:


Make a new layer, fill it with #1c2048, and set it to Exclusion 100%.


Step 5:
Duplicate your base, drag it to top, and set it to Overlay 50%.


Step 6:


Make a new layer, fill it with #fdaffe, and set it to Color Burn 50%.+#


Step 7:
Add text or brushes if you want, or leave it as it is.

And you're finished! Here is your new icon:
