I made a new tutorial! Woot!! I was just messing around and came up with this:

Take your base, duplicate it, and set that to screen 100%


Fill a new layer with #fed688 and set it to softlight 100%


Fill a new layer with #8bf6f7 and set it to burn 100%


Fill a new layer with #f49ac1 and set it to softlight and duplicate


Duplicate your base, bring it to the top and set it to softlight


and you are done!!! add brushes, text, etc
