This is my first tutorial :D Comments and some criticism are appreciated!

Step 1.
Start with your base



Step 2.
Duplicate the layer and set it to SCREEN at 100%



Step 3.
Create a new layer. Floodfill it with #000C52 and set it to EXCLUSION at 100%



Step 4.
Use this gradient and set it to OVERLAY at 50%

Step 5.
Duplicate the base and drag it to the top. Set it to BURN at 20%.



Step 6.
Duplicate the base again and drag it to the top. Set it to SCREEN at 50%.



Step 7.
Create a new layer and set it to SCREEN. Floofill it with #000C52 and set it to 50%.
