I had a brain laps and forgot to includ the full-sixe image, T_T I was rushing, I'm sorry.
Step one: Like every 'step one' I've seen, Crop, resize, sharpen, yada... yada... yada, blah blah blah, yah know.
Step Two: Egh, dark isn't our friend in this tut, nope! Duplicate the base twice. Set one layer to Screen and the next to soft light. If it looks really bright tone the screen down (opacity will vairy). You can merge the image here if you want, I normally don't
Step Three: New layer, Fill with #3e0004 and set to exclusion.
Step Four: Lest add textures now!! Add these two textures or any whiteish texture and set both to burn.
Both by Sugerplumkitten (I think, ^^")
Step Five: Add any light texture that fits the image and set to screen. Try not to cover the focus' face.

Step Six: Add a fitting border (I mirrored mine)

Step Seven: Add text, extra brushes, what ever you like here and you're done!!!
