Ok, this question may sound a bit confusing.

Ok, so I want to zoom in on an icon or other photoshop project to use my brush. Say I put a circle brush on 1 pixel. When I zoom in, it stays big. Is there any way that I can make the brush smaller? Or am I pretty much screwed? Thanks!

If your intention is to use a brush that only affects one pixel at a time, use the pencil tool at 1 pixel. When you're zoomed in that brush will always be exactly 1 pixel in size, so as the pixels get larger on screen the brush will enlarge, but only as large as any individual pixel.

If you want to make the brush smaller so it's not so big when you zoom in, I'm pretty sure you can just change the master diameter. I'm using CS2, so idk if this is very helpful to you. Just move the slider to your desired brush size.
