ok!!! I´m goin start with this cap from Win A date with Tad Hamilton!

now....

1.- Crop and Resize Your image to 100x100
  2.- Duplicate two times and set to Screen, the last layer set Screen 50%
  3 .- Sharpen the Layers.... and Merge the layers
  4.-  Now  with a New layer fill with #000040 and set to Exclusion 90%
  5.- Duplicate your base and bring on top of  layers... set to Soft Light 100%
  6.- Now fill another New Layer With #0E8C94 and set to Burn 20%
  7.- Set this lights                                                   to Screen 100%
