1.) Start off with your base. I chose this one:
2.) Sharpen once.
3.) Duplicate this twice. Set the first duplicate to screen 50%, and the second one to soft light 100%.
4.) Make a layer. Fill it with #21B9FF and set to burn 42%.
5.) Make another layer. Fill it with #FC512F and set it to overlay 30%
6.) Make another layer. Fill it with #FFF1C1 and set it to multipy 100%.
7.) Duplicate your base. Bring it to the top and set it to Hard Light 100%.
8.) Make another layer. Fill it with the blue color you used in step 4 and set to soft light 100%.
9.) Merge your layers. Add some tiny text if you want. I didn't in this one.
