Fighting with frames

I feel like frekin fool for not remembering how to do this, but, how do I get text on an animated image to stay consistent

Try selecting all frames when moving. Or make sure propagate frame 1 is selected when you move something on the first frame.

I tried selecting all of them to no avail. What do you mean by propagate frame 1?

Should be three little icons next to "Unify" on the layer panel. The first one should be 'unify position' .
