Hi! Sorry for not getting back right away, but I did try what you suggested and reinstalling/repairing the program, but both times my computer froze up. When it unfroze I got this message: "Internal error 2328 C:\Program Files\Corel\Corel Paint Shop Pro XI\CoreErrorCodesRC.dll"
Well, I've tried googling this and I'm coming up empty handed.
But it seems like somehow, you're missing a dll file... whether it's been deleted or corrupted, I'm unsure.
Sadly, I think your only option (since you can't do an uninstall or a reinstall/repair) is a total reset of the system and try reinstalling the program then.
If, after a system reset, it will not install, then there is an issue with the disc.
But I'm like 90% positive a system reset will fix the issue.

But that thought did cross my mind. I may have to do it as I still can't straighten out the program... Ugh.
