HI! I was wondering if anyone knew of other programs/sites I could use to make gifs from videos other than photoshop?? Any help would be appreciated. thx

photoscape! it's free and easy :)

I have photoscape but I don't think you can convert a video into layers on it :/

I use Corel X3 and Animation Shop 3.
