I have this weird problem when screencapping. The aspect ratio of the video is fine when it is playing, but the screencap gets compressed in width. I have tried to change the settings for this, but I can't get it to work. Do you have any idea how I can get the correct aspect ratio on the caps?

not the op, but have you tried changing the video snapshot width and height to -1? I used to have a similar problem but so far that setting has been working pretty well for me. hope it helps. :)

I had tried changing that, but both at the same time. When I left the height at -1 (as was the preset for me) and changed the width to 1 I got it to work. Thanks for answering though! :)
