Coloring/Solid color background effect

Can someone tell me how to achieve this kind of effect?

With the solid color background and everything? Thanks so much!

All it is is a new layer filled with whatever color you want and set to either "Color" or "Soft Light" and the Opacity is either lowered or raised depending on what result you're looking for. In some cases it could be a Gradient Map too. The Backgrounds of the images themselves look to have been erased. If you need one, I can write a tutorial up as long as you find me at least one original image or an image you want me to use.
