Hi, I'm trying to do my first animated icon ever, but I'm having problems adding a texture as a background.. the result is always a transparent background. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

? is your texture the same size as your animation or bigger?

The texture is 100x100, at first I create the background layer with the size of the animation and then I enlarged it to 100x100.

what size is your animation?

I'm assuming the background is 'Nuovo livello' layer and it looks like it's the same dimensions as the animated layers. It looks like you might have cropped the layers to that dimension at some point. Do you remember the steps you took? If you have the texture in its original 100x100 size you can just copy & paste it to the bottom of the layer palette.

I did it finally! Yeah the problem was the size of the animated layers. Thanks! =)
