I really need help w/these animated icons. =( Please?

1) Dropping colors & deleting frames are the best way to reduce gif size. 21 frames is a bit large. Since you're making a mini-movie icon, you can try shrinking the size the actual animation takes within the icon if you want to keep 21 frames. Otherwise you're gonna have to delete a few frames. If you want to keep 126 or 256 colors then anything with less than 12 frames works best, although I've managed to push it to 16 if I'm lowering colors or shrinking the size of the animation within the icon
