I had the same problem with a wmv file.
I think this frame extraction only works with AVI files.
Just try to cap an AVI file, this should work ;)

Very easy. Look at the tutorial, and in "Numbers to extract" you put "Numbers" when you are supposed to put "Continuously" instead.

Try again with this change, and check it out if it works^^
