Help With This Brush/Texture/Effect?

Hi, I'm unsure if this is a brush or texture, or a certain way I can get a wallpaper to look like this. Specifically, I would like to achieve the effect of having the four images close together like this, but with rounded edges. Any help would be appreciated.

i think the easiest way to do it would be to have your background banner ready, and then position your four individual images that already have rounded corners on their own layers above the background. this post gives several suggestions on how to achieve the rounded corners.

Thank you! I tried and now I just need to work with trying to get the edges a bit blurred and softer, like the wallpaper.
