program: Photoshop CS3

well i was making my first animated icon and went through the whole process and when i tested it in the program it came out fine, so i went to save it as a gif and when i went into my folder to see if it worked it came up as a still image. any advice?

you need to save it for web. =D go to file > save for web & devices (or something, my photoshop is in finnish :P) and then save it. :)
