Introduce Yourself
Name on your nametag: Veronica
And where do you live?: Pittsburgh, PA
Answer to your age: 22 (but I have been told by someone who was surprised that I was under 30 in which others who were there at the time agreed with her and this was when I was 18!! T_____T)

Share Some Interests
I'm currently really into: iamamiwhoami, Joyland by Trust, Elementary, collage graphics & icons, sweater weather!, this fabulous outfit, adorable little homes, watercolor & fine line tattoos (examples here & here), and these text graphics/posters(?) one, two and three

Initiate Follow-Up Conversation
Ask a question (or three!) here (just in case the conversation has fallen into a lull):
1. What is your theme song?
2. Think of your last dream, what was it about?
3. What's your favorite book (or series) and why?

Recommend me something based on the following:
Steampunk + pirates
Music similar to these songs 1, 2, 3
Whatever you think of when looking at this picture (like another picture, a word, a book, a movie, etc.)

It's Been Nice ( ... )

I started reading PotE ages ago but never finished it for some reason. I should finish it... lol That show was so good! I need to see it again.

Have you seen the different kinds of 'punk' there is? There's a wiki article on it here and it's amazing. It's like everything I never knew I wanted is there!

Oh you should, I've read that book so many times it's not funny. (reading it in English was a bit redious because well it does has it tedious parts) BUT GOSH I LOVE IT SO MUCH. I haven't opened my dvds yet, IDK WHY. I do that, I buy things and then just let them sit there unopened LOL.

I HAVENT. I'm not much of an expert.ALL I KNOW IS THAT THE AESTHETHICS JUST CALL TO ME. gosh there was this very short sorta webseries btu i can't recall it's name. it wasnt very good but ohwell. I somehow got me thinking about The Boy with the Cuckoo-Clock Heart which is not exactly steampunk (im not sure what it is) but it's kinda a nice read~

I'm rather new in the Steampunk world as well. :D There's like a little bit of everything that would fit anyone's interests. It's so much fun to read about all of them!

The movie looks familiar...I'll have to watch the trailer later.

I should check that out tbh, but I'm terrible at understanding worls like this LOL. If I was capable of actually drawing I'd probs end doing a steampunk lil comic because I need one and I haven't found one yet, BECAUSE I JUST LOVE HOW EVERYTHING LOOKS IDK. (I guess you have seen about the 2d animated film they are trying to get support for?)

Well, I think there's a movie or the'll be a movie, I read the book. It's quite short and sort of adorbs, and I'm pretty sure it doesn't qualify as steampunk but the kid does have a cuckoo clock as heart LOL.

I hope within the next 8 years (I'm giving myself a lot of time here! :P) to start a graphic novel series. I can't give out all the details but it will be a multi-verse of sorts and I have a steampunk & cyberpunk world planned. So like, watch out for that within the next decade?? lol That's ridiculous, I know. :P

If you just want to see pictures of whatever world you're interested in, check out deviantart. There's hundreds, if not thousands of art work there you'll lose hours there, seriously. :D

I haven't heard of that movie, where can I find info? I love 2d movies!

haha ok!

omg that looks amazing! Whyyy can't stuff like that get picked up by big studios like Disney?? I'll never understand how they think this stuff wouldn't do well or rake in the cash (since that seems to be their main concern). SO FRUSTRATING D:

Yess :D

No, unfortunately. But I'm planning on what I will do. Yeah my mom isn't going to be happy at all...and will probably take a while to get over it and my grandparents will think I have official fallen of the wagon of Christ and may not speak to me again but whatever. lol

oh oh where are you planning to get it? do you know what you want yet? ahahah aww idk i would probably go get one (stuff my parents) but i'm a bit iffy about it being so permanent? like i change my mind every two seconds i can't decide on something i'll love to have on my skin for years and years (also i hate how tattoo's fade/change after a little while :c)

Well on one arm I plan on getting several small tattoos on the inside of my left forearm of things that I love (left side is connected to the heart so heart = love :P) like a Hello Kitty head (or body), the one ring from LOTR, a TARDIS (or sonic screwdriver...or both. lol), a lightsaber, a cross (to represent my religion) and a camera. Over time I want to build up a mixture of geeky tats and artistic ones or artistic geeky ones (like, these, examples). like have geeky stuff on the left side and artistic on the right. I haven't decided really ( ... )
