New tutorial! I can't get enough of writing these =)
We'll be going from

in only 5 steps!
Take your cap, do whatever you usually do: crop, resize, sharpen if necessary
Duplicate base, set to screen at 53%.
Add a curves layer to make things less yellow.
RGB: 62/59; 181/197
RED: 123/134
GREEN: 133/120
BLUE: 128/128
Add a selective color layer.
RED: -77, 0, +72, 0
YELLOW: -100, 0, +100, 0
NEUTRAL: +83, 0, -41, 0
Duplicate the selective color layer, lower the opacity to 54%
Now erase the creepy guy in the back =S
