For starters, here's Avengers v3 #76, which is Jack's last issue. It's probably easier to send you the entire issue, unless you want individual JPEGs? Jack, by the way, is the guy that's half purple (vertically) and has the red heart marking around his eye. I like the art of him in this issue (and it's a v. sad issue overall).

I'll absolutely see what I can do! Some of those pictures are a little smaller than I usually work with, but I'm sure I'll be able to scrape up a proper hundred icons somehow. :D
