By the way, I think I found out what's the problem with your PNG files. I think maybe your program is not saving them right. For example, when I hosted your header on TinyPic.com it couldn't be seen, just like on Photobucket, too. But then I opened the file in Paint and saved it again as PNG and then it worked. ;)
I did the same thing with this icon.
