It'll be our 8 year anniversary of icon_crack opening (and the trend of elite icon challenges beginning) in May so I wanted to do something special to mark this anniversary!

Does anyone have any creative suggestions for what we could do?

I would love to do something with multiple categories like the last challenge at starttheclock but maybe with technical or thematic categories. Or something. :P

I know!! It makes me feel OLD. And most of the old gang are gone... sad times :(

I like the idea of multiple challenges, perhaps using that you can integrate some of the others: redoing the 1st, then moving to "icon from any previous challenge" ending iwth "free for all". Ambitious, but fun? :) I'll even try to fire up my graphics program. I really want to participate here, I just...3 year olds take up a lot of free time. But I'll try! :)

I remember one community having a challenge where you made an icon to match a fanmix. So something like that would be fun.
