let me just remind you that this tutorial is not compatible with all images.
1. duplicate your base, set to screen 70% - 100%.
2. fill with #9DCDF9; in order to do that, go to new fill layer (layer >
new fill layer > solid color). set to color burn 35%.
3. selective colouring layer (layer > new adjustment layer > selective color).
reds: -100, 0, +100, 0
yellows: +100, 0, -100, 0
cyans: +100, +30, +100, +100
blues: -100, +100, +100, -100
whites: +26, +12, +4, +18
neutrals: +19, -14, -32, +12
4. selective colouring layer again.
reds: -100, 0, +100, 0
yellows: +100, +19, +100, 0
whites: -23, 0, +25, 0
neutrals: -20, -8, +15, +5
blacks: -19, 0, +14, 0
5. color balance layer (layer > new adjustment layer > color balance).
midtones: -11, +10, +30
shadows: -13, -22, -41
6. selective colouring layer again.
reds: -21, -30, 0, +31
yellows: +22, 0, -19, 0
7. duplicate your base and bring it to the top. set it to soft light
(fill: 50%).
8. selective colouring layer again.
reds: -20, 0, -15, 0
yellows: -25, 0, -21, 0
neutrals: +15, -15, -25, -10
9. hue / saturation layer (layer > new adjustment layer > hue / saturation).
saturation: +14
10. color balance layer (layer > new adjustment layer > color balance).
midtones: +10, -15, -10
shadows: -20, +10, +10
11. last selective colouring layer.
reds: -25, 0, +15, 0
yellows: 0, 0, 0, -15
whites: +15, 0, -15, 0
neutrals: -10, -10, -15, 0
