It's time for our third round of Ask the Maker!

Here you'll get the chance to ask icon makers who sign up, questions about their icons and other graphics. You can ask for tutorials, guides/"How to", or ask any other questions regarding their work so the makers can compile a Q&A post with the answers to all the questions they get. As always, .PSD

So I just sort of realized I'd already done a tutorial on cutting out backgrounds ( here). I've not really changed how I go about doing it (except I've been lazy lately and working in the 100x100 square itself lol), maybe experimenting occasionally with the pen tool and actual layer masks, but it is mostly the same. I'll gladly write up something more though, if you'd like? :)
