Ask the Maker 2016!

It's June, that means it's time for round 8 of Ask the Maker here at icon_talkHere you'll get the chance to ask icon makers who sign up questions about their icons and other graphics. You can ask for tutorials, guides/"How to", or ask any other questions related their work so these makers can create a Q&A post with the answers to all the questions they get

I'd love anything that deals with your kind of flat but florescent coloring(especially in the backgrounds), like in these icons.
