Nope, flex. They say that core is a bad idea for people who don't stop eating when they feel satisfied. And I am very much like that. I needed something to help me learn healthy portions and how to control myself, really.

I guess there is a huge misconception by people that the core plan allows unlimited portions of the items on the list, and it isn't true. So I'm not really solving my problem, I'm just temporarily changing it from bad food to good food. haha.

I think you are doing quite well on the program. I fell off the wagon on mine and have to work twice as hard.

i loooove when i am responsible enough to plan ahead and chop veggies and stuff. it's SO EASY otherwise to grab bad things that are pre-made.

I know its cliche in the WW world, but Slow and steady wins the race ... if you lose too much too quickly, that makes it more likely you will crash and gain it back, and then some.

Personally, I need the meetings ... the people I see every week are my support team. I have grown to love them as friends ... and look forward to our chats. I go by myself and have since day one.

You can do this Carisa, without your sister there. I have the faith in you. *hugs*
