Glad to know you're still alive. I've sent you many texts n' never heard anything back, so I was starting to wonder about the current state of my girlfriend. Very glad to know you're alive and well. Communicate w/ me soon. Gotta jet to class. Take it easy. Love you. -Blake
Yeah, all my replies have been incomprehensible, I'm sure! My cellphone got reset back to Japanese, and so I've been wading through a sea of scribbly- looking kanji trying to figure out where the english is! Love you too!
You - figure out how to fix that. For Blake is not enjoying no texts from Katie. *Shameless plug of his own fencing abilities alert* This weekend I went down to New Orleans to fence in one of the biggest tournaments in the nation. And yours truly seeded 4th!!! Nevermind the fact that I placed 10th (and was 1 touch away from my C - 1 TOUCH!!!! - For those of you that don't know what that means, just think of it as I'd be as badass as my coach had I gotten that 1 touch - End transmission of shameless plug) Anyway, I went n' saw Sin City again last night which was GIENORMOUSLY AWESOME. Very good cinematics and just the whole story was cool. Anyway, sent ya a text last night. Hope to hear back from you. And when the devil are you gonna tell me how to call you? Love you.
I've got it all set, yay! I heard that movie was ridiculously cool; me and a few other guides are planning on seeing it in June before we come back (Japanese love American movies, got to see Ocean's 12 last week, hehe)! By the way, if you still want to come visit (WINK WINK, NUDGE NUDGE) I received some info last night from Mentor Mark about really cheap flights over here!
Wow. . . I totally feel like a bum in Russia listening to how hard you work over in Japan. Sadly I think the only program I have left to apply to is way less Japanese intensive and will require me to go way out of my way to learn any Japanese.
Trust me on this, enjoy the free time you've got! They work us so much now, we barely have time now to go and see the Expo, much less the rest of the Nihon at large! And don't worry if that's the only sort of class you can get into; the interactions with Japanese outside of class is where you'll learn 98% of your useful Japanese anyway. Ganbatte ne!
Wilhelm! Here's some flight info you wanted if you still think you and Russ can come visit as well! I can actually trade work times now, so I can get days off, and we are allowed to have guests stay with us, woot
