Changes (Chapter Seventh)

Foreword:
It all started... with the thing in the elevator. Forgetting she had a boyfriend back in Korea, she started to become interested with this one guy... Who in return is not interested in girls.
He doesn't know it was Sakura and she just kept it at that. Too late, as it finally dawned on her that she's falling head over heels in love.
A/N: Yes, I'm sucha loser. I don'y know how to present my fic. I promise I'll try to stick to this one. ne? ne?
Before I forget (again), Daiki didn't know the girl that he's stuck with was Sakura (the girl that he bumped into the other day). okay? I know this is confusing... gomenasai! because its going to be more confusing later. :///////// hontou gomene!
Sakura's head was still spinning when she came to her unit. The ordeal felt like a dream. Or was it?
This is wrong. This is seriously wrong. How come she's kissing other guys when she's still -sort of- in a relationship with Jay? This have the word WRONG clearly written all over! ... but Sakura can't help but felt heavenly. His kisses were ... different. Sakura admitted that she can't get enough of it. His kisses could make her feel calm and tingly from the tips of her hair to her tippy toes and also washes away her worries. Crap. does he know who she is? and to think that he lives in the same floor!
Oh well, its no use crying over split milk. Let's just hope that she won't meet him at the party later! Sakura made her way to the main door because she thought she heard the door bell ringing - she's not even sure herself.
"Finally! I've been raping this doorbell for the last 10 minutes! What took you so long?"
"Ah! Mirai-neechan! You're here!"
"The one and only." She said with a grin while taking in her luggage and stretched her arms wide for a hug.
"but, seriously! what took you so long?"
"Oh, betsuni. I was just in a daze." Sakura explained simply. "I missed you!"
"Missed you too! It's been awhile... Don't tell me you're still going out with that asshole Jay?" Mirai groaned, her arms still around Sakura in a tight hug.
"I think... Things didn't end when I left...." Sakura said, trying to feign confidence but failed; the sentence reeked of unsureness. (lol, is that even a word? OMG. YESH. there's no red squiggly thing underneath it!! lol. gomene. back to story. ) Sakura hated Mirai for being a pessimist but she's got a point.
The thing is, its not even two days away from Jay, she had already gone around kissing guys! - well, one guy - but still! She's not like that! It's so not her!
"What's wrong with you, Sakura-chan?" Mirai suddenly asked snapping Sakura from her thoughts.
"Betsuni." Sakura lied.
"Liar!" Mirai hissed. "Come on! You have to gimme some credit!" Right on cue, Sakura's phone started ringing. Relieved from being probed by her cousin, Sakura answered her phone without even looking at the ID caller.
"Hey, love. I missed you. How's Japan?" Sakura smiled.
"Hey, Jay. I missed you too!" Mirai rolled her eyes and went to sit on the sofa. "You didn't reply any of my messages...."
"Sorry, babe. Its just that, training started yesterday and I didn't have any time for anything else." he explained.
"Funny, I thought your training starts next week?" Sakura bit her lips. She's not supposed to doubt him right? He's not the one running around kissing other people behind her back. Sakura noticed Mirai looking at her suspiciously.
"Yeah, me too. Listen, mom said that I could visit you at the end of this month. That's okay with you right?"
"Of course, that'd be great!" Sakura feigned happiness. Why is she faking this? She's supposed to be happy, right? "Can't wait to see you!" lies, lies, lies!
"Uhh.. Sakura. I have to go now. I still have uh... practise. yeah. I'll call you next weekend. bye. love you." Sakura was a bit hurt and disappointed when Jay just cut off the call. didn't he want her to say that she loves him too? Sigh.
"Okay. Spill. You look like crap." Mirai shot at Sakura. "It's Jay, right? Don't tell me he's cheating on you? That bastard's really hungry for some knuckle sandwich! I'm gonna kill him!"
Sakura laughed lightly. "Of course not, Mirai-neechan! I just... don't know what I'm feeling right now. Its like... he's fading now he's so far away... argh! I can't explain it!"
Mirai patted her cousin on the shoulders. "It's okay. I'm not going to divulge into the details if you don't feel like it. just remember that I'm here, okay?" Mirai said to her while smiling encouragingly.
"Arigatou Nee-chan."
"Jaa, what should we do now? Shopping?" Before Sakura could manage to tell her about the party, the doorbell rang. Shoot. Sakura was still in her clothes when she was out to take the laundry! darn it.
When Sakura opened the door, sure enough, it was Yuto, smiling. "You ready?" Behind him was Yabu.
Sakura smiled and offered them both inside. "Err... Oka-saan's not here yet.. and my cousin's just arrived." As if on cue, Mirai approached them three.
"Oh, by the way, this is her, Mirai. They're our neighbors: Yuto and Yabu." Mirai said hi and extended her hand.
"Mirai-san. We were wondering if you can come next door for a small party..." Yabu offered. Mirai looked at her cousin, who just shrugged.
"Yeah, It'll be fun! the more, the merrier!" Yuto added. Gosh is this guy hyper all the time or what.
"I guess so." Mirai finally said after a few seconds of pondering. Dang, and Sakura was hoping she'd say no. It'd be too embarrassing. "This is alright, right?" She asked about her outfit. Sakura (who knew too well about her cousin's beauty and taste of fashion) and Yuto simply agreed at the same time.
"You look perfect." Yabu blurted out and both him and Mirai blushed. Sakura noticed between stiffled giggles that Yuto was trying hard to keep his face maintained.
"Well, gomenasai. I have to leave you guys for a bit. I have to go change and freshen up a bit..." Sakura finally said, taking her leave.
She didn't know how and why, but she can sense that she's going to get something different from this night.

here's chapter seven! I know I didn't do well. especially because I was away for a few days. Gomenasai! I promise I'll update again tmrw night! ne? ne? Now I'm going to try my best to update and keep my promise. if not. blame Tantei Gakuen Q with Kyuu and Ryuu's cuteness.
p/s: yes. I'm still frustrated 'cuz I can't watch TGQ special. asdfghjkl.
