Uh oh... never in my mind crossed a thought of Rukia talks about Inoue xD (too busy thinking about Ichigo I guess). But I don't think so. The way Rukia said she can't talk to no one other than the wind, that it somehow forgives her heart by doing so, means something huge (which I don't think it's about Inoue xD) I think the only thing that can burden her heart so much is her past with Kaien which mean there's a link from this song to Memories in the Rain... Yeah I'm pretty sure she's singing about Ichigo and herself... but maybe that's just me... I'm not KT after all T_T;

And Inoue's song definitely have no relation with Rukia... so I think Rukia's song is also don't have any relation with Inoue even if they came together in one CD :)

Well, I agree that there are some definite hints that Rukia may talk about/to Ichigo (the back turned, anyone?), but I don't know why I had the vibe it could be bout Inoue too x_____x (we really need the kanji of this one... anyone has the scan of the kanji? I could get some help from there -__-').
And I also agree that the last part is definitely about Kaien, as a rememberance... should it be the song that ties Rukia to both Ichigo and Kaien? I have no clue lol XD

Now that you put it that way, I become confused too, LoL. Am I wrong to still think that Inoue have no relation with this song? xD foursome is too much for me :x I read somewhere KT made BLEACH Beat songs by himself, is that true? He dedicated a wonderful song, "Memories in the Rain" for Ichigo. So far he loves to create parallel/contradict things/situations for Ichigo and Rukia (his hero and heroine <3) so I guess it wouldn't hurt to say this song may be paralled with Ichigo's... which is basically about his "Memories in the Rain" past and present, and his feelings... so "Wind" may be also basically about the present "Memories in the Rain" (when Ichigo's fighting Grand Fisher) from her POV, also her past and feelings.

Very rough speculation... blah >_<;
