[Germany slowly turned the doorknob and entered the room, assuming that his brother had to have been in there. After all, he hadn't seen the older nation in well over a day, and was getting pretty worried.

As soon as he entered the room, he closed the door behind him and blinked a few times at the sight of blood on the floor. He then directed his attention toward the bed, where Prussia was sitting, and gasped, shocked at how the older nation looked.]
