Feel free to do this to Tenshi in the normal way, you can eavesdrop, attack, tickle, slap, punch, hold, whatever.
Tenshi can't counter it. However, she has means to counter a)the pain/tickling done by it by completely not feeling them, and b)attacks/skills she can do anyway, so it's not inconveniencing her as much as it normally would.

a) Just to make sure - do you mean pain from the rooting (which doesn't happen even normally) or pain from her attacks using those blossoms?

I mean the later. Tenshi has something that allows her to completely ignore pain or inconvenience (it even allows her to shrug off pretty huge attacks as if they were not affecting her much at all, as far as the pain and impact goes) - you can consider it a kind of meditation I guess? She's supposed to be some sort of holy sage thing (well, except her personality completely FAILS) and it stems from there.

I know the manga Robin is from, and that normally, those things are just there ^^

It'll inconvenience her, thats for sure, just not entirely. But I guess that goes for a lot of One Piece characters.

Go ahead, but I would like to have Yukari's own boundary manipulation be able to separate any blossoms from her own person, and to stop them from attaching to her entirely if she's actively taking precautions against them.

Sounds like she has a very interesting ability! I take it that having a 'boundary' around herself is a basic defensive capability for her?

Caprica-Six - I would rather you didn't have them appear on her, but you can certainly have them appear on other things around her and attack with them or spy on her or whatever. :3

Maria: Pretty much what Caprica-Six-mun said. Don't manifest anything on Maria's body (because it would probably be too disturbing to her) but feel free to pop them up on other things around her and spy/attack/tickle/flip the bird/whatever.
