Rather, "We don't quote ALL our price over the phone."

One price is reasonable. Two prices are reasonable. A detailed workup of multiple products is just abuse.

At RadioShack, we wouldn't do it at all. If they want to buy something over the phone, they could call the sales line. If they wanted to do price research, use the internet.

That really rather made my day considering i've had yet another day of hell. I think the shirt I was wearing earlier definetly describes my mood when i'm there. "If this is Hell, then I'm lucky." lol

I seriously wanted to throw a ball at these kids tonight being asses from the top of the scissorlift when i was puttingbikes on the ceiling.

Shall be putting in app. VERY SOONlol

You should've handed her over to me. I'd have told her what to buy. If she didn't like it, I'd tell her to go do some research and learn something for a change.
