Yes. They are both awesome and both from the 51st century and both drive the Doctor nuts. Your argument is invalid, now imagine the possibilities.

I watched A Time of Angels five times, and watched Confidential twice, which drove my sister who hates Doctor Who and Torchwood, mad :P
