Actually, they hadn't always been right there :P The twins were born and raised to toddlerhood on another lot and the meeting depicted here actually is the first time Butter, Jihoon and Ebony met them. :)

Yes, a plant sim. There hasn't been on in the Tecza line yet (has there?). And storywise it could be tied (loosely) to Ebony (he got his love from his undead relative).
