Thanks for all your birthday wishes, icons and cards, guys *grouphugs*
I started "my day" with watching Moulin Rouge... which I hadn't watched in AGES!!
But I felt like it and I really, really, really enjoyed it.
It's sooooo much love!!! &hearts
I began my birthday on cloud 9 ^___^
I didn't do much after... the day was boring, but I met the girls in the evening.
We went out to drink cocktails and just have some fun :]
They gave me awesome gifts (Pushing Daisies S1, X-files: I want to believe, Neil Gaiman ~ Smoke and Mirrors, a hoodie, random action figures aka Nicole Kidman from the Golden Compass and little Wall-E, a dancing robot and cupcake mints :D ),
I'd love to show you a picture of the awesome, but my camera is stupid and decides that the batteries are dead the minute after I changed them!!! :D
Anyways, it was a blast having you girls!
I hope we'll see us more often this year ;D
The rest of my week was more or less boring.
I had most of the week off, yaaay, free time :D
Therefore Tuesday was spent in Dortmund, where I've spent more money on comics and met my lovelies subtle__sarcasm & realproof.
Wednesday was spent in cologne with sabrina2611,
we had yummy bagels and Ben & Jerry's icecream ^_^
We also found some awesome Pop-up books in random stores *lol*
Fun was had ^_^
Later that day/evening/whatever subtle__sarcasm joined us & we went to a club to see "Forever the sickest Kids"
A Power Pop Band who wants to be a Rap group... in the beginning they were fun, but ...
that changed soon.
"Love you looong time" is only funny for so long...
(and it wasn't even funny in the beginning ... )
The Support Bands (Farewell at the Party & Attack! Attack!) were much better in my opinion, and it seemed as if they had longer set lists as well... which is kind of sad XD
Anyways, we talked for a while after the gig and then I had to head back home.
