Hookay. Wow, long time, no post. I'm still off and on sick, and that coupled with a bum knee and still wonky ankle has led to about zero workouts for the entire month of December. I need to do a back on the wagon plan also. I've been playing around with too many new dessert recipes and need to quit baking. All Paleo ingredients don't matter when I'm eating lots of them.

I always envy your lists.

Lists keep me sane. I was so happy when I got a huge thing of post-it notes as a stocking stuffer.

Paleo desserts are so easy to overindulge in too! The "hey, it's healthy!" mindset really plays tricks on you.
