Happy Halloween, or if you're the writing type, NaNo Eve. I did all the Halloween festivities yesterday at Faire, so today is a day of reovering and resting up for work tomorrow. I'm at my parent's house doing spooky movie marathons and waiting for the premeire of the Walking Dead. Zombie series! I can't wait ( Read more... )

Haha, love the blood splatter pictures.

Good luck with NaNo! It sounds like I can't wait to read more Dragon Age fanfiction. :-D

The blood was cold when it hit you though! The scene where the majority of the spatter came from was so thick with the smell of chocolate sauce that it was almost nauseating. It was fun though.

I've got the first two completely edited, but I want to wait until January to re-post. That way I can finish this one, re-post the first one, edit and post the middle as I go, then re-post the last one in some sort of sequential order.

Good luck with NaNo as well!

Yay NaNo!

I'm super-excited -- in just a couple of weeks, I'm going to my first Ren Faire! Granted, I'll be with my brother, so any and all ogling over hot men will have to be done covertly (and he's going in a kilt, so I can't admire any kilts without feeling skeevy D:)

It's Celtic weekend, so I'm seriously considering just getting a big, white robe and a pair of antlers and going as a druid. That works, right? :D

Your costume idea totally works. And to either add to the skeevy feel (or subtract, depending on what your brother decides to do) remember: it's only a kilt if they're not wearing anything underneath!

Have fun at Faire!

T_T It is the start of NaNo tomorrow. The 50,000 word count already looks far away!! I'm going to try to write at least 1700 words a day.
