Congrats! Big milestones are always encouraging when working on something long.
I don't even check my word count on my novel anymore. Every time I do, I freak out that it's so big and I'm not even halfway done, I don't think, and no one's going to buy such a bloated monstrosity.

Hahaha! At least I don't have that problem. I'm never selling this one, and if I do ever file off the serial numbers to try and make it publishable, I know exactly which large chunks of story I want to cut out and what I'll need to reshape. (Right now I'm just writing it for my id, so I'm including stuff I want to see whether it serves the larger story or not. It's RPF that no one will read, who cares?)
Did you know MS Word stops giving you the running word count at the bottom of the document once you hit 100,000? I am not pleased. Watching that word count climb is 50% of my motivation!

Hahaha! At least I don't have that problem.
