Toughie! I blazed through it on my rewatch, so at this point I, um, don't remember a whole heck of a lot, but off the top of my head...
1. The end of "Family Ties," when John and D'Argo are floating in space and D'Argo lets go of the puzzle ring. (Mostly I like it for the music.)
2. The moment in "DNA Mad Scientist" when I realized that Zhaan, D'Argo, and Rygel would totally cut off one of Pilot's arms for a way home. Not because of the act itself, but because it represented that this show was willing to take risks that my other favorite sci-fi show at the time, Voyager, would never take in a million years. (Also, for a real favorite moment, John's happy face made out of food cubes for Aeryn.)
3. Aeryn shooting at, er, whoever they were shooting at WHILE IN LABOR in "Peacekeeper Wars."
4. "Humans! Are! SUPERIOR!"
5. Absolutely anything from "Revenging Angel." Especially the cartoony bits.
I think the ending of "Family Ties" is really striking - the music as well as the visuals, and of course the ring floating away as a sort of good-bye to John's old life. It was such a pretty show, wasn't it?
Aeryn shooting at, er, whoever they were shooting at WHILE IN LABOR in "Peacekeeper Wars."
Scarrans, I think. But yeah, Aeryn trying to distract herself from labour pains by going into full-on soldier mode will never stop being both hilarious and awesome. "Shooting makes me feel better!" Heh.
