I'm a little embarrassed at how "OMG" has become such a part of my LJ-vocabulary, but this time, there's really no other way to put it.

Oh, that's cool. David Tennant is quite shiny. I met The Blessed St Lalla Ward when she did a talk at my uni last year. I died dead from squee. I tried very hard to listen to all these insightful things she was saying about evolutionary biology, but in my head I was going "ohmigodlallaward! *hyperventilates*". It also amused me that only one of the questions was on the topic (and it was asked by a creationist, who received quite the smackdown, I'm happy to say), and the rest were "So, Lalla, on Doctor Who..." :)

that's like my trip to london when we were looking for a play to go see, and my friend and I are like... sci-fi geeks XD. We saw the christmas carol poster with patrick stewart on it and went OMG we need to go see that!

... turned out he wasn't in it untill the week after. bummer.

Someone in my study abroad group ran into PAtrick Stewart in London last year. I forget who it was, but I was jealous.
