Try things in this order. 1. Contact your post office (USPS & UPS sites should be able to show you which local office handles delivery to your address) to see if it's a problem there. Politely yell at them until the situation is resolved if the problem's on their end. 2. Contact the people you brought the tickets from, be it venue, Artist Arena/OCK, StubHub, or the shady guy in the back alley. Politely yell at them until the situation is resolved if the problem's on their end. 3. If the tickets are in your name, contact the venue to see if they'll be able to find your name on a list they have or something of the sort. Explain the situation but make it very clear you can end them with naught but a glance. Politely yell at them until the situation is resolved. 4. Bribery. ??? 5. Profit.
In all seriousness, contact the above in that order and let people know what's up. Just don't be a push-over and handle it with tact. I believe StubHub has a way to basically argue until you get a refund the way eBay and Paypal do.
did anybody buy tickets from someone selling them online? we bought tickets from a ticket website that's not livenation. we just found out that the tickets are paperless does anyone know how this works if u buy tickets not directly from livenation?
