Everyone in attendance needs to take out a class action suit against the Indoor Stadium for damaging their eardrums. Mine are still ringing (not in a good way) three hours after the gig. that's pretty crafty, really. i'd hate to be that general manager right now (well, that's the point, but still).

those pictures are great, too. i really love (lovelovelove) the picture of alex giving a thumbs up. bob looks a little scared in that picture though.

i'm glad you enjoyed yourself! i saw them in a seated area too (i was front row balcony, so there wasn't anyone in front of me) and the people next to me didn't stand up at all. i don't understand people like this and i never will. actually, they stood up for the encore but only because alex said he wanted to see everybody in the venue standing up. but still...why do people sit? :( ah well, better view for people who want to stand up.

and nice pants, alex.

Yeah, better view for those behind, but I can't imagine sitting down for a concert like Franz. Why bother coming? Heck, I'm six months pregnant and while I draw the line at pogo-ing, I'm happily dancing, singing and clapping along. The two people in front of me didn't even bop along in their seat!

Yay, I'm so happy for you! :D Sounds like an amazing time.

That sounds like Alex. Hehe. At the concert I went to, he came out after about 15 minutes and stayed out there for a really long time talking to everyone. He was such a nice, personable guy. :)

Oh yes, Alex is really a personable guy but like I said, I found out later that he had another motive. I'll write about it in my next post. Because there were so many people in the hotel lobby, it was impossible to talk to him. If I had caught him at the back, maybe I would have had an opportunity to do so.
