I seem to have become somehow inexplicably healthy over the past couple of weeks.
Suddenly, my endurance has increased to the point where I'm walking distances that were previously unimaginable to me, without getting tired or winded, and each time I feel like I could have done even more, if I'd let myself.
I feel stronger. My xanthomaon my upper ( Read more... )

I'm not running 4 days a week so Riff can bounce a quarter off *your* ass, buddy.

Not that I'm complaining. It's my only source of income.

Okay, okay -- I promise that if it turns out I got multiple orgasms from you, I'll give them to you.

Oh man...you're scaring me. Did you piss off any gypsies lately? Have any curses hurled inyour general direction? All I can think of is Stephen Kings story "Thinner" (shudders). Hopefully it's just my over active imagination spilling over from last night. Very cool.

To Shechemist...You will gain weight because for a while you'll gain muscle at the same rate that you loose fat and muscle weighs more than fat. I went through the same thing when I was in Basic Training. I also had to fight with the military when I was working out heavily...I was over weight by almost 40 pounds but I was at less than 20% body fat. Don't worry about the weight you're gaining or loosing, worry about body fat content and how you actually look and feel, especially if you're prone to gaining bulk muscle and not lean.
